Life has been somewhat of a turmoil since a family tragedy late last year. I began using alcohol, cigarettes and drugs again to cope. Margie suggested an Addiction Balance. She figured out when/why/where my addictions had begun and by doing so was able to help me break the pattern. Again, I left there feeling noticeably lighter. The interesting thing is that not only did it take away my desire to smoke etc I also stopped biting my nails after that session. It’s been about three weeks and I can honestly say I feel as if I never did any of that stuff. It’s as if that was someone else. I’ve also been through some very trying and emotional times since then, which is usually when I want to drink or smoke. And nothing!
