After attending the first 6 units students will be able to start earning, and building their profitable Kinesiology businesses while attaining the Diploma in Kinesiology.
The student’s learning path is monitored for proficiency each step of the way. Each unit has an Assessment Journal to be completed and marked by the instructor. This mark is added to the student's computerised track record. The student will then do a short computer test for competency and on completion of each wedge of training, there is an end of series exam. This is to ensure graduates of ICPKP maintain a high level of knowledge and competency.
The diploma includes:
The ICPKP Diploma builds on the skills and knowledge learned in the BKP Certificate. The aim of the diploma is to allow students to attain a professional standard using unique advanced Kinesiology techniques and skills. The course builds on the material covered in the Certificate, providing advanced techniques and in-depth knowledge on topics introduced in the BKP Certificate Course. It contains 16 units of professional material that augment your clinical skills with 512 hours of protocols that include regional muscle management, joint care, mental, emotional and brain integration skills, and the balancing of the body on all levels. The curriculum also includes Chemistry, Biochemistry and Pathophysiology and Research components as core wellness subjects common to many health therapies.
The Diploma program consists of 16 Kinesiology teaching units. These units take approximately 18 months to complete; the time depends on the effort made by the students to complete homework assignments and competency assessments. These units can be completed in 1 year by application to the college. These units are all accredited with the local association (PKPASA) and comply with the Australian National Qualifications (HLT51507 Diploma in Kinesiology, Australia)
After attaining their diploma the student can complete further studies to attain an International Advanced Diploma of Kinesiopractic® – Level 3
On successful completion of the Diploma of Kinesiology students will receive the following qualification:
International Diploma of Professional Kinesiology Practice
The Diploma is based on the Essential Skills & Knowledge gained from the following Industry Approved Kinesiology & Health Modules:
The purpose of this unit is to develop further skill and understanding in Kinesiology emotional stress release techniques to enhance total body energy. Those who have completed this unit will be able to assist the client, to express life events in terms which do not decrease body energy, to recognise in themselves behaviours that are similar to those of either parent or which are a negative reaction to the behaviour of either parent and to be at choice and to make positive adaptive responses and see positive possibilities in their future. Students completing this unit will use meridian-based affirmations to relieve the energy drain of a wounded spirit and have skill in balancing the stresses of reactive emotion responses in the meridian system. They will be able to construct and use a genogram to make meaning of family events and use the sentic cycle as a stress defusion technique.
Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance related to subconscious self-perception, misunderstanding, and misperception. Students will be able to help their clients to resolve any negative self-image, self-talk and performance cycle, and most importantly deal with subconscious self-sabotage programmes that may be causing conflict within the person thereby not allow the person to achieve their objectives.
Learning difficulties are a topic of ongoing discussion. Kinesiology is a wonderful tool to help both adults and children with these problems. This extensive unit teaches techniques related to neurological blind spots caused by fear, pain, self-doubt, learning difficulties and dyslexia. It incorporates ways of assessing learning difficulties so that changes after the Kinesiology session can be noted.
Those completing this unit will be able to interpret verbal and non verbal behavioural signals, demonstrate assertive responses in stress situations, assist clients to demonstrate attitude change and develop positive strategies in relation to presentations, healing and handling success; recognise their need for or need to give positive messages generationally; work with the seasonal nature of life; release fears which have a gender basis; dream, plan and record a purposeful life path.
Kinesiology relating to dietary habits and lifestyle and how to identify nutritional excess and deficiencies and the need for nutritional supplements.
Students will develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalances related to allergies and hypersensitivity to food and/or other environmental factors; use allergy (sensitivity) modes to identify stressful substances; resolve allergy causal factors. This is an important unit for the increasing sensitivities experienced in today’s’ society.
Those completing this unit will be able to recognise adrenal depletion related to stress, balance 3 types of adrenal dysfunction; check for lifestyle change enablement techniques; monitor geopathic and geospiritual stress and create a personal enhancement programme
Students completing this unit will be able to identify and resolve excesses of supplements, foreign chemicals, overgrowths, bacteria, viruses, parasites or heavy metals using physiology processes, biochemical pathways and detoxification processes
Headaches and migraines are just two symptoms caused by jaw and cranial problems. Here students reset these imbalances, bringing relief and relaxation. Those completing this unit will be able to balance energy dysfunction of the cranium and TMJ, using rebreathing, neuro-lymphatic-neurovascular stimulation, cranial inhalation and exhalation reset, sagittal suture-cerebrospinal fluid, and Inferior occiput techniques.
This unit teaches advanced techniques so students can work effectively with ligament and joint injuries affecting so many people. Students will learn about shock absorber in the body, local ligament stretch, general adrenal ligament stretch, and contralateral joint techniques.
This unit teaches students about inflexibility and restriction of muscles due to injury, strain and a variety of other causes. Students will be able to help alleviate and even eliminate longlong-termn issues with clients.
Students develop skills and understanding in identifying and correcting meridian energy imbalances related to muscle circuits, skin, scars, blood chemistry, thymus, and spleen energy. This variety of techniques covers a number of key areas, a unique part of the program.
Students learn testing and correction techniques to release pain, increase the function and performance of shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers.
Students learn testing and correction techniques to release pain, increase the function and performance of the pelvis (hips), legs, knees and feet, including extensive knowledge of the 40 muscles included in this unit.
The variety of muscles learned in this unit helps students fine-tune areas that most other practitioners wouldn’t even know where to start. These are muscles of the face, eyes, throat, tongue upper neck and the small back muscles.
Establish boundaries of professional touch. Identify the adverse effects of past and/or present situations involving deprivation, unwanted or excessive touch, out of touch with the environment, losing touch, clothes, and accessories.
