Unsure whether you want to become a Specialised Kinesiologist? This is a good starting point! The course consists of 5 units of Kinesiology. Each unit is held over 2 days of inspiring information on health and wellness techniques for you and your family. Students learn several simple but powerful self-care techniques to relieve stress and boost energy. The Certificate includes accurate muscle testing, 5-Element theory and practice, and the history and philosophy of kinesiology, energy balancing, food testing, balancing the meridian system and a whole lot more.

ABOUT THE COURSES

International Certificate in Self-Care

The ICPKP Certificate in Self-Care is a short course designed to introduce students to the world of kinesiology and PKP. Students learn several simple but powerful self-care techniques to relieve stress and boost energy.

The course is taken over two days of classroom time (ie one weekend or 4 evenings).

BKP101

Energisers and Self Care.

This workshop introduces you to three different kinds of easy to learn self-energiser trigger points (Neuro-Emotional, Neuro-Lymphatic, and Neuro-Vascular) and the powerful meridian energiser trace. As well, you will use walking gait reflexes, crosscrawl, self-integration, vision and hearing energy techniques.

Cost for Self-care:

R2100 – includes manuals and license fees

Deposit of R1100 payable 2 weeks before the commencement of the workshop. The balance is due on the first day of the workshop

International Certificate in Kinesiology for Wellness

The Certificate in Kinesiology for Wellness follows on from the Certificate in Self-Care and consists of a further 4 units of the Certificate in Basic Kinesiology Principles. It requires a further 8 days of class attendance and introduces the student to the fundamentals of Kinesiology. Topics include muscle testing, 5-Element theory and practice, and the history and philosophy of kinesiology.

These workshops are run either 1 weekend a month or over 1 evening per week.

BKP102-en

Proficient Manual Muscle Testing

Students completing this unit will be able to use muscle testing accurately, and perform a Kinesiology energy balance on others. They will be able to identify dehydration, ionisation, neurological disorganisation (switching), central vessel integrity and thymus energy imbalance.

BKP103-en

Introduction to the Law of 5-Elements

This unit develops an elementary understanding of and skill in using basic 5-Element principles for energy balancing. It includes the 8 yin muscles and the ability to balance the meridian system.

BKP104-en

The Body’s Superficial Energy Connections

This unit introduces an understanding of the philosophy, principles and history of Kinesiology; to extend the understanding of meridians and their related organ systems and to develop proficiency in a 14 muscle wheel energy balance.

BKP105-en

The Law of 5-Elements in depth

This unit extends the understanding of, and skill in using, the 5-Element principles and 5-Element emotions for energy balancing. Learn a further 14 muscles to balance.
