ICPKP students can go beyond average, into excellence. They can complete an International Advanced Diploma of Kinesiopractic® (PKP 3).
(Pre-requisite International Diploma of Professional Kinesiology Practice – PKP 2)
Those completing this unit will be able to interpret verbal and nonverbal behavioural signals, demonstrate assertive responses in stress situations, assist clients to demonstrate attitude change and develop positive strategies in relation to presentations, healing and handling success; recognise their need for or need to give positive messages generationally; work with the seasonal nature of life; release fears which have a gender basis; dream, plan and record a purposeful life path.
To develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance related to limiting stress responses to life.
Those completing this unit will be able to use hypothalamic emotional reset, Bennett’s stress reflex, chest stress release; express and implement new alternatives to limiting rules, prejudices, learned beliefs, tribal beliefs and apply the kinesiological approach to re-birthing.
To develop skill and understanding in using kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance using flower essences, insights relating to their properties and photographic images.
Those completing this unit will be able to identify and utilize flower essences, insights relating to their properties and photographic images, in re-balancing mental, emotional and spiritual energy. They will also undertake a personal journey developing their intuition and documenting their positive growth.
To develop skill and understanding in using kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance using gems, gem essences, and other vibrational energy fields to correct energy imbalances.
Those completing this unit will be able to use gems, gem essences, tissue salts, homeopathic awarenesses; spiral energy techniques and third eye beaming in re-balancing energy disturbances from inheritance factors and other tendencies.
To develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to correct an imbalance in metaphysical energy.
Those completing this unit will be able to balance chakras (nerve plexi), auric fields, right left polarity and apply the metamorphic technique.
Those completing this unit will know the history and be able to use proprioceptive reset to reduce hypertonicity in muscles of the shoulder and hip regions including the hypertonic emotional metaphor and the use of basic self-correction exercises; define terminology describe indications, precautionary measures and causes of muscle hypertonicity,
Those who have completed this unit will be able to use hypertonic muscle release technique with arm, hand, leg and foot muscles; demonstrate self-correction technique with selected arm, hand, leg and foot muscles; apply hypertonic muscle release to correct muscle reactivity; demonstrate the application of hypertonic muscle release in sport and industry; describe muscle structure and proprioceptor function.
Those who have completed this unit will be able to use hypertonic muscle release technique with torso, head and neck muscles; demonstrate self-correction technique with the selected torso, head and neck muscles; apply hypertonic muscle release in education; identify priority hypertonic muscle using alarm points; use a surrogate person and surrogate muscles.
To develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance in the pelvic girdle.
Those completing this unit will be able to use pelvic postures #1, #2 and #3, intervertebral disc aerobic/anaerobic function, dural torque, pelvic and shoulder gaits, sacral wobble and universal sacral techniques.
To develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance in the pelvic diaphragm and identify pelvic diaphragm incompetence and/or dysfunction.
Those completing this unit will be able to balance muscle energy of the pelvic diaphragm range: including vaginal muscles, sphincter urethrae, anal sphincter and apply uterine lift technique; discuss the emotional components and social implications.
To develop Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance in viscera and blood vessels.
Those completing this unit will be able to balance meridian energy related to dysfunctional longitudinal and/or circular muscles of viscera and blood vessels, using ileocaecal valve, Houston folds (valve), thoracic diaphragm (oesophageal hiatus), transverse colon - ptosis, blood vessel and left/right ventricular balance (exercise enhancement), autonomic nervous system, organ awareness including surrogate and reactive patterns and intestinal flora balancing techniques.
To develop skill and understanding in using Kinesiology techniques to establish optimum lymph flow.
Those completing this unit will know the history of the awareness of the lymphatic system and lymph drainage, the function of the lymphatic system and lymph nodes and be able to use the retrograde lymphatic, cervical, eustachian, mammary and lower limb lymph flow techniques.
To develop an understanding of the assessment routine; diagnostic process and treatment implementation used in Natural and Traditional Health and Healing compared with a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner Protocol, compare and contrast it with a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner Protocol and recognize ‘red flag’ situations and refer to medical or other specialist care.
Supervised Student Clinic Experience (50 hours)
Clinical Practice Client Sessions (50 hours)
Personal Kinesiology Sessions (minimum 5)
The dates are set after the students have completed the Kinesiology pre-requisites. The dates will be discussed with the students and set to suit their needs.
