“As a fitness trainer, I often come into contact with clients who experience physical pain that is often unexplained (there is no reasonable explanation for it from myself, a physio, a chiropractor or any other medical health practitioner). These clients become frustrated and often resign themselves to living with the pain forever. Using Kinesiology, I am able to show my clients that they have the power to heal their physical pain – by unpacking (and releasing!) their stored emotions and stressors.”
After struggling for many years with her own health issues (notably Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), Claire began to focus her energy on what it takes to be physically, chemically, and mentally healthy. Through her personal journey to find health, energy, and wellness, she discovered her love for fitness & nutrition and the vital impact it can have on one’s complete life. In 2012, after achieving her fitness qualifications, she founded Full Circle Wellness to help others come their own “full circle” through holistic wellness! Claire is able to use her decade of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry and combine it with specialised kinesiology to help her clients holistically incorporate the three elements of balance – structural, chemical, and mental well-being – into their lives for optimal healthy living.
Claire finds passion in helping clients who have physical pain, have lost their energy and vitality for life, are looking to motivate themselves towards better self-care practices, improve fitness performance (and the mental attitudes around performance); assist with nutritional guidelines to improve well-being and help the body heal from illness as well as release deeply stored emotion that may be holding them back from achieving their wellness goals.
