My interest in personal health and working with people lead me to pursue my studies in ‘Health and Skincare’ where my passion for ‘hands on therapy and healing’ began.
Through skincare therapy and numerous types of massage therapy, my passion for people and their self-worth, health and wellbeing was sparked.
Following the completion of my ‘Holistic and Natural Healing Diploma.’ my skill for creating a peaceful, quiet and relaxing ‘escape’ for my clients was also realised and grew.
That however stirred more interest in me to pursue true and total holistic self-care which lead me to the start of my Kinesiology journey.
When I started studying Kinesiology, I didn’t realize what an empowering and life changing experience it would be for me. The knowledge and personal growth I gained was a true gift.
I was amazed by the effectiveness, different modalities and different techniques it used to bring balance on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level.
In a nut shell I believe that having a healthy lifestyle of good nutrition, exercise, ‘quiet me time’ (or meditation), balance between work and play, thinking positively and doing what makes your soul dance helps achieve ‘true self-care.’ I work well with physical pain and sports injuries as well as achieving sport goals.
By me having my tool of kinesiology, knowledge of the field, being compassionate and a good listener enables me to help myself as well as others achieve wellbeing and balance.
